Welcome to CapitalHockey "Session Notes"

Below you will find the registration details for all of the upcoming programs featured by The features on this page have been linked with others to give you all of the information you'll require to join any of our programs. Whether you are looking for a full time game or just to come out occasionally as a spare, we hope that you'll consider us as a good option!

We've tried to make registering as easy as possible for our members. If you are new to our programs, when you submit your registration a convener will contact you (by email) to help you get set up. At that time they will ask you a few questions to learn a bit more about you, what you are looking for and the program best suited for your skill level?

Established sporting network is looking for skaters interested in joining our recreational hockey programs (full time and as spares). Our network has over 400 registered members with ongoing programs running throughout the entire year.

The CH  programs are designed to accommodate players of varied skill levels. You'll find the games are well organized, at a good pace and in a friendly and sociable atmosphere!

Spares are also welcome, come check us out!





Adult Recreational Hockey: organized, non contact

Description: One of the original programs, Tuesday Night Hockey has been running for over 17 years. This program is rated at a high novice to intermediate level where the players are all very socialable, the games are quick and everyone has a good time!

Intermediate level: Recreational hockey rules, no referees.









Description:  The original programs, Thursday Night Hockey is a fast tempo'd game consisting of intermediate to advanced players. Many within this group have been playing together for many years and as a whole the group provides a really fun atmosphere.

Intermediate level: Recreational hockey rules, no referees. All games are 11 pm.
